Matthew Burzon is the Founder of The Source and Recruit Company, a recruitment consultancy offering contingent search, retained search, and inbound and outbound contract recruiting solutions that leverage best-in-class process, technology, and training to recruit exceptional talent, while often reducing agency spend by 40% or more. Matt is also an advisor to the adventure travel software company, The Wanderlost Project.

Prior to founding The Source and Recruit Company, Matt Burzon was the Director of Client Services for Titus Talent Strategies where he was ranked 2nd in both sales and recruitment performance on a team of 40+ recruiters. Prior to Titus, Matt was a Project Management and LEED-Accredited professional and held roles in commercial construction management spanning project management, sustainable building design and construction, energy management, marketing, and business development.

Beyond recruitment, Matt Burzon enjoys sailing, skiing, mountain biking, photography, adventure motorcycling, historic preservation, and tinkering on 4WD vehicles. His home base is in Danby, Vermont, where he serves as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder with the Danby/Mt. Tabor Volunteer Fire Department and is working to reinvent a small organic farm and former winery.
