Job Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects. The ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales, is comfortable working in a remote environment, and possesses a deep understanding of Salesforce and email automation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a tech-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and email automation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to prospects
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a self-starter mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account-based strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to introduce prospects to our products
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Team Structure:

  • The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will work with a team of six outbound SDRs and a handful of inbound SDRs.
  • Each outbound SDR is paired with an account executive, and the focus is on vertical markets.
  • The outbound SDRs are experts in their respective verticals, and they work closely with the account executives to speak the language of the buyer.

  • They know their inputs and outputs, and they’re always looking for ways to improve their conversion rates.
  • They get creative with their outreach methods, and they’re constantly testing new subject lines, messaging, and communication channels.
  • They meet or exceed their monthly and quarterly sales targets and are constantly looking for ways to improve.
